Earthquake

Today, I heard a news that a big earthquake occured in Fukuoka. People in Fukuoka is suffering with nuclear radiation polluting. Many stones used to build shelters In Fukuoka, are polluted with nuclear radiation. I hope these problems are solved as soon as possible.

Rain

Yesterday and today's morning we had rain and it is the first time in this year.I don't like rainy day, but rain and agriculture has a deep relationship. I have heard that people in Kanto area are worried about rain. That is because due to the short of rainy day, a lot of vegetables do not grow up well. So I hope this rain become blessing rain for farmers in Kanto area.

Eco-bag

Yesterday, I was impressed the presentation by Asami. Her German friend act very smartly and simply for the environment. I know one of the shops that introduce the eco-bag plan. The shop's name is "earth music & ecology." If you bring eco-bag with you when you buy something at the shop, they discount the product for 5 percent!! I think it is a good idea to reduce wasting plastic bags.

Disaster

Today, I heard about the damage of the typoon in Wakayama from graduate student of the Wakayama university. It was more terrible than I thought. He is a menber of a volunteer group, and the group try to clean photoes which got dirty due to the disaster. I'm going to join the project next week.
